Courteous, fast, and well priced. Kramer & Sons got my job done within the week, and to the standards, I had hoped for. A staple in the neighborhood, I had to give him a chance. It was not a mistake. If I ever need work of this sort done again, I’d quickly go back to him.

Best purchasing experience of my life! I was getting screwed over by Home Depot and other local people and I called them and they came out at 930am to measure real quick, called me back two hours later and said we will be there today to install. The Door is in before late afternoon. The kicker is it was all cheaper than everyone else to boot! I will be recommending them every time.

The garage door broke a spring and I called them based on good reviews. One of the “& Sons” was in the area and was there within the hour. He had the replacement parts on the truck, corrected some installation issues he noticed with the original install, and lubricated all tracks and wheels. The whole thing was done within 2 hours of my call. Very pleasant interaction all the way around.

I moved into a house where they had their calling card at the garage door, and the remotes did not open the door. I called them and they were out in 2 days, and while they were programming them, the old unit caught on fire. They recommended a WiFi enabled unit, which sounded awesome. They did the work quickly and well, including some insulation around the door, and cleaned up quickly. The WiFi went out and they fixed it great!
